You can use images as long as you upload them to your server first. If i am wrong, someone correct me. But as long as i have been in the industry,,[9 years]….if you see an image that you wish to use, you need to put it on your own server, if you just copy and paste then you are using the original posters server and thats not allowed.

PatPat, I really doubt that you can take someone elses images and use them just by uploading them to your own server.. If i take pictures of something, say a wsop event and put them on my site, then you come along and just save them, upload them to your site, then use them, thats not at all legal.. Images have copyrights, they belong to the person who took them,
Try searching for stock photos, there very cheap or free
If you’re looking for game images, we’ve got T-O-N-S on BrightShare – under Marketing Tools after login. Search “Banners” and under Type choose “Game Images” or “New Games.”

Agree with Lenny’s comments.
You *can* get free stock images if you source them under the Creative Commons license.
Flickr and SXC.hu are the 2 best resources for free stock photos imho.

You are free to use my images but, you MUST transload/download them to your own address. Do NOT link directly to the images.You may use as many as you want to decorate your pages with but NOT to add an entire page to your own gif site collection.
