France changed its online gambling laws recently and has just in the past week been opening its Internet poker market to non-French operators. (CAP News has details, if you’re interested.)

So far, bwin, PartyGaming, and Everest Poker have been officially licensed to offer online poker services in France. You’ll want to contact their individual affiliate managers to get the details on how to get into the poker affiliate marketing business there:
    bwin
    Everest
    PartyPoker

Also, to clarify and to really answer your question, so far only online poker and sports betting are allowed by non-French companies — traditional online casinos that aren’t French-operated are still to be licensed.

But the poker companies I listed can be relied upon; it’s unlikely that France will revoke its own laws at this point.

    Thanks Nate

I received 1 pm from a casino that doesnt plan on getting a license. If anyone else out there has the same plans I’d appreciate a pm!
