InactivePayments have still been coming like clock work but I haven’t been getting responses from Ben (or anyone) lately either.

InactiveI should have added that as a player I have received responses to all of my emails and have received the same exceptional service that they’ve always provided.
I just haven’t been able to get a response from [email protected] in regards to my affiliate questions. In the past I’ve always received a response in 24-hours or less.
I haven’t asked their customer support about the lack of response because my issues aren’t time sensitive or serious.

InactiveAs a webmaster you should be writing to Ben at: advertising[at]inetbet.com
(not webmaster@)Also, I’ve seen many times in the past years where someone said they weren’t getting replies from iNetBet (which always replies promptly), and iNetBet would say they did reply to the person but their email ended up in a junk/spam folder or something like that. Make sure you’re checking those when you’re expecting a reply. Ben replies within 24 hours or less 99% of the time it seems. He’s pretty good about that.
