Hi everyone,
I’ve been on the phone with RTG for 3 hours, and we have solved the problem. It was a set up problem with regards to the Program you are assigned. I’ve gone through all possibilities – and had them double and triple check everything was resolved.
Please check your stats in an hour or so from the time stamp on this post, and let me know if you are still seeing any issues.
