Well I do feel a bit silly asking this but thats how this stuff is to me sometimes.
I am trying to change up my linksmanager pages and saw this. It could be hitbox or linksmanager I am not sure. Does anyone have any idea what it is?

Its gotta be hitbox as its checking the referer, time and which browser the visitor is using.

Seems like those variables add up to a hit counter to me.
