misswiggMemberWell if they are licensed in Malta then the player could choose to make a complaint to the LGA who then may contact the operator and investigate/take action.

GoldenMemberSo, the most probable is the operator need to refund player for the amount who exceed the stop loss limit and be fined by LGA or on a worst scenario have license suspended?

misswiggMemberDo you know if the player has actually made an official complaint? I’m sure this matter could easily be resolved between the operator and the player without getting a third party involved

GoldenMemberYes, complaints are made.
This after request is money back and after some emails exchanged with support.
Player ask to be refunded for the amount exceed the stop loss limit but operator didn’t return the money to the player and stop reply.

misswiggMemberIn that case they should investigate but I’m sure it will get resolved. I can’t see someone getting their license suspended over a solitary incident like this. I am guessing the player has then provided the LGA player support with all of the emails etc and they can let him/her know how the procedure is progressing.
