Casino works best for me.
A number of programs offer wagershare or deposit share, both of which have pros and cons but both of them do not profit from player losses.
I prefer these payment methods myself and use them wherever I can.

Ok, thanks for your replys… what exactly is “rake”?
rake is just the amount of money, usually maxed depending on stakes, that the pokerroom takes out of each pot played, how they make their money.
This is interesting because I heard from different sources that the top poker affiliate earnings (the ones who promote the known poker rooms) are higher than casinos.
