They are all good, just a different approach and flavor for each.
Each forum contributes differently to the industry imo. But.. each forum contributes..
Personally I hang out at PAL more but I find CAP is easier to read ,maybe I prefer blue over green lol
You can find very useful information in each forum! I actually like to check out all of them to see if there is any new threads popping up!
I use them both, including PAL.

I do the same. If you go to each forum and look for new posts you can see which ones would sound interesting or which you think you could give advice in.
Both of the forums have users that are willing to help if you start a new thread of also.
Both of them do a great job with spam which I am guessing would be a big issue if left untended. I do see some useless replies on both forums however. Just keep using both, there is no reason why not to. I am guessing quite a few people are members of both.
I was not aware of AGD however.

I don’t mind this so much, because some people aren’t on par with other people… and it can take some time before are on the same line of thought, and the variety adds to it.
But when its utterly left field.. I sometimes wonder the post was even made lol!
