I suggest that any prize be done thru a drawing so big and small affiliates have a chance. Give out entries based on new players sent. This way big affiliates still increase their odds of winning by pushing the promoted products hard.

I would frankly give 1 entry to each “active affiliate” then 1 entry for each new depositor. But i’m a small affiliate these days.

From an affiliate perspective I know a few people who have offered their players Wii and Playstation 3 consoles as prizes. I know there is the general sentiment that cash is always the best. However, I think that providing a real, tangible prize that they wait to get and then use frequently really adds a fun gesture to the whole contest. Increased rev share for a month is really boring to most people…

    Thanks for that guys,

Me too I find that just rev share is a little boring. Because we mainly work with Casino and sportbooks, do you think that prizes related to these would work; giving active affiliates entry into a big free-roll for instance?

I like trips to affiliate events for a non-cash prize, though i would offer a cash alternative to those who can’t/won’t travel or who already paid for the trip.

    Wow Amcan,

That’s a good idea. My merchant Centrebet is based in Australia and they’re getting things underway for CAP Down Under later this month…

This could be big. Thanks. :hattip:
