At night.
According to my stats my site is visited more around the 10pm hour and surprisingly enough Tuesday is my highest traffic day. I guess people are too tired on Monday and start to get bored on Tuesday. Who knows?
I would say late evening. After about 3:00 EST all my traffic stops. But this has always been true no matter what the site was about.

What I’m trying to do here is to trace the profile of my average visitor a bit more. I think this can benefit everyone.
Early evening appears to be most active for us. Europe and the Western Hemisphere are all awake and playing in those hours.
I get the biggest spike at 3pm pacific time.
