That’s easy, just pick one person in the crowd and talk to them. When you pause for air, let your eyes wander over the crowd, and if they aren’t asleep and haven’t fainted yet, you are doing fine. Then go back to talking to one person. :hattip:
P.S. The “imagine them all naked” doesn’t work. Either you get turned on and forget what you wanted to say, or you have to laugh uncontrollably.

InactivePublic speaking is more about confidence than anything else… The only way to get confidence public speaking is to do it as often as you can.
I didnt really make any resolutions this year. I’ve managed to do most things I wanted the last couple of years…
I did start writing a book last year that I would like to finish this year, so hopefully that will be on my agenda…
I’ve also just started learning to speak Afrikaans.. so we will see how that pans out.

I’m pretty sure it will shock a lot of people… but it will be well worth the read, I promise.. especially for a lady like yourself
