What is your most trusted casino and why?

i have been in the business for a couple of years and i have my favorite casinos to promote, and why, and would like to hear what others think.

for me, the most important quality i need in a casino is a “trusted affiliate manager”..if i truely trust my affiliate manager, i then totally trust the casino.

so with that said…Grand Prive Group and Playshare Group are two of my most trusted and the ones i will push on my members because they are trusted.

Affiliate managers create their lair with the needless duck and dodge game which only kills future business and I said it before, “it only creates a level of mistrust that otherwise never existed.” I believe most people are reasonable, affiliates included.

With my retail site sometimes items are backordered from the vendor and they’re scheduled to ship to me on an estimated date, sometimes that date changes, sometimes as much as a month longer. When this happens I have to email all the customers that ordered those items and tell them the ship date has changed, very few if any can’t wait and cancel the order, others are willing to wait while others change to whatever is currently in stock. But all appreciate being updated!

As far as trusted programs, I trust Mainstreet and Brightshare, as they are clearly on top of things.

I must be doing something wrong with Mainstreet, i have promoted them for over 2 years, and not one depositor?

from my side the most trusted casino would be intercasino. as for most trusted affiliate manager, thats a totally different issue altogether. sometimes the link between good affiliate manager = good casino doesnt even exist…

They did tank for me but picked up a little the last week. Almost all my programs are doing poorly or underwater or stiffing me.

But the reason I trust them is Carol and Shannon email me my earnings amount with when and how I should expect it. I’m a straight shooter and I can tell they’re straight shooters, if there is going to be a problem they tell me.

Now that is a good affiliate manager, and i would presume the casinos are also honest and upfront.

a good affiliate manager to me, is someone who is easy to get ahold of..always…is honest about payments and earnings and is not a yes man to the higher uppers…the only reason i put affiliate manager = good casinos is because, a bad casino usually has bad owners, crooked and liars, they pass these lies down to the affiliate managers to dish out to us the affiliates….Now a GOOD affiliate manager will not work for a company like that, they have morals and can sleep at night…a bad affiliate manager, says..YES BOSS.

and then here comes the crap down to us. lies, no payments, earnings missing, like manager bonuses taking all are income..etc

Trustworthy and reliable affiliate managers make a HUGE difference. There are certain new brands that I won’t promote until they are approved by CAP, promoted by other affiliates and have built up a decent reputation for themselves simply because I don’t know the people behind them. I’m not going to send my traffic to just anyone and hope that everything works out. On the other hand, I have been known to promote certain brands as soon as they are launched because a trusted affiliate manager recommended them.

my most trust casinos are the ones i make the most money with.I use to think like Pat that if the front person is a really nice person that the casinos are going to be great but I have proven that theory wrong !
Pat if i had to pick only two programs for you then i would go with Brightshare and g3partners.
Their management is great and we have never had any issues with them in terms of new players ,retention etc.My shortlist of top casinos -Fortune affiliates,Casino Coins ,Brightshare and I have to say that grandpriveaffiliates has impressed us with revenue since July.
Normally I would put bodog on that list but I wouldn’t recommend starting with them now .

Casinos that I trust implicilty are the one attached to large UK and European companies that have a solid investment in this industry. Their reputation is their livelihood.

    Bet365 / Ladbrokes / Eurobet / PaddyPower / Betfred

    All quality outfits.

Would agree with Gooner that those UK based sportsbooks should top the list with regards to integrity. Other than that I would go with CBGs list pretty much with the exception of G3 and Fortune (non cookie tracking is very 19th century). Two more I would mention are Roxy and Virgin casino. Roxy has done well for me although I gather that people with US traffic are not doing particularly well with them.

I started with Dublinbet when they used incomeaccess. They eventually migrated to the Canaffco program. I’ve been doing great ever since. Gian and Michelle are doing a great job at responding to all emails. They make payments on time EVERY month. That helps a lot when it comes to counting on advertising budget.

    Hey there Triple777s

We’re in business for over 6 years now and I can definitely say that 888 and Intercasino have proven more than once to be 100% reliable.
They also have great retention so their players value is higher than average.

    Good luck

Couple of years ago 888 had complaints about not stopping affiliates that did some scraping from other sites.
In my opinion this was a deliberate act by some interested parties and they did not deserve all that hassle.
They did not do anything worse or better than others!
We’ve been working with them for 6 years now, we had our ups and downs and they always supported us, we never had payments problems and they have one of the best customer retention system in the business.

    Hi all,

I was around back then and I can tell you that they were doing a little more than the next guy in terms of supporting blackhatters.

and as such any legit aff who supports 888 … is very much in a sense supporting a place that doesn’t discourage theft from the legit aff.

That was then … I can’t comment on now. Perhaps they”ve straightened up but make no mistake they were dirty.

You just don’t see that many scraper sites, etc … all promoting the same brand unless that brand is paying them.

There was plenty of evidence provided. Do a search and see for yourself.

I always count on Rewards and Brightshare to not only treat me right but also to treat players right.

That said, Grand Prive seems to be making a move as well as vegas affiliates but neither are a threat to the first two at this time.
