I’m not sure what you’re saying the problem is. I’ve always been very happy with the Bodog Affiliate program. I’m not sure what pokerrebates is, but I assume that you want to incentivize signups, which will always be a headache for any affiliate program. Personally, I’d rather save myself the trouble and build a quality site with plenty of content that links to the site in question rather than having to rely on marketing.

Sounds like that whatever you are planning you expect to get kicked out of the program, so I would say that is exaclty what is wrong with CPA. With CPA deals, the affiliate will always loose out in the long run. Either you send quality people that would make you more in the long-term with Rev Share, or you send crap players that get you shut down by the program. Even with the 30 days notice, that isn’t a guarantee they will pay if you are trying to defraud them.

The Bodog Rev Share program works very well. They have great retention, and players seem to cross boundaries a lot (ie: from poker to sports to casino) so I suggest sending quality players as your business plan.
