    It was my understanding that Cynthia’s attempt to resolve this had not gotten anywhere, as it’s been several weeks since she originally brought this issue to your attention, and therefore is the reason she brought it to my attention.

    Just wanted to add that I can appreciate that it takes time to figure these things out and I by no means think that we are being cheated or shorted by Referspot in any way as we have had a great partnership for several years. :)
