Referspot was contacted on May 22, 2006 regarding the huge loyalty point deduction.
The GamTrak tag brought in a total of $6,926.62 in Casino Revenue minus $1,326.50 Promos, minus $4,082.00 Loyalty, minus $445.00 Chargebacks. Being that we no longer give away Loyalty Points I find it hard to believe that Loyalty point information is correct.
I was told that this issue was going to be reported to the IT department and now after several weeks I still have not received an explaination.
Another odd thing I noticed in stats were the RPPlayers info. On the homepage it showed only 2 Real purchasing players for the month of May, whereas on the Performance Report it shows a total of 19 RPP for the month of May, along with 136 downloads.
Needless to say I’m NOT a happy camper and I’d would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be given the attention that I feel it deserves in a timely manner.

It was my understanding that Cynthia’s attempt to resolve this had not gotten anywhere, as it’s been several weeks since she originally brought this issue to your attention, and therefore is the reason she brought it to my attention.
