    Hi Pat,

They were certified for awhile, but haven’t been for many months now. That was before they restructured their program to separate the casinos and affiliate managers. To the best of my knowledge I think they’re ok.

Yep, ownership split up, but the different casinos still all use the 400 aff program.

They probably are still sorting logistics and that’s why they have no presence here.

I see no problem with them.

    Hi Pat,

One of their casinos “thisisvegas” does have it’s own certified program room. I think it’s up to each of the individual casinos since the ownership split up.

From what I can tell, 3 of the casinos have active affiliate managers, and the 4th one (DaVinci’s Gold) doesn’t. I don’t promote that one, and won’t promote it, until someone decent takes over.

The other 3 casinos are fine, although ThisIsVegas is the only one that remains CAP certified. The affiliate manager for ThisIsVegas posts here often. His name is John, and he posts as “thisisvegas.”

Hi, I don’t know if this is off topic… but I must say I’m very, very impressed with their overall customer service and fast cash-outs,.. they gave me $10.00 yesterday to try out there new game, and I was able to make the20x play through and 10x max cash out
(wish it was more) lol he-he, but I got up today, and it was already in my quick tender account, less than 24 hours, which is outstanding to me!!:inlove:

    Hi all,

how are you doing with them? I am getting players but they almost all of them, perhaps it has been all, are only depositing $25, … and I don’t see any more of them.

I’m starting to lose faith. If they can’t keep players and only manage a $25 deposit to begin with … they can’t stay long. I hope it picks up soon.

Hi Everybody! (in a Dr. Nick’s voice from the Simpsons)

400group has been dissolved but the 4 casinos are still under the 400affiliates.com umbrella. There are individual casino managers but the only casino that is CAP certified is thisisvegas. The other active affiliate manager is Jason Wayne at Cocoa Casino and Paradise 8. 400affiliates used to be CAP certified but couldn’t come to an agreement to rejoin as a group. Although this may seem like a dysfunctional family the casino, affiliates and players are getting more attention and care then they have ever been.

Anybody have payment issues please pm me or better to email me (check my profile here).

Any other questions I will be here to answer.

They not just accept all USA players but all casinos have an excellent player retention.

    Hi John,

Why e-mail & PM for payment issues? Do you want to keep it quiet?

I am not in a good mood today, and it’s partly due to the constant late payments from the 400 Group.
On your affy website (today) it says:-

    Quote:
Reliable payouts credited to you by the 15th of each month.

I’ve just sent an e-mail to support about it, including this:-
But since January (which was on the 15th) you have been consistently late:-
    Feb-28th (13 days late)
    Mar-21st (6 days late)
    Apr-21st (6 days late)
    June-?? 9 days late & still waiting…!

This is very de-motivating for us hard working affiliates who spend an awful lot of time promoting your brands and will inevitably lead to us favouring programs who pay up in a more timely manor.

If there is a very good reason for late payment, why don’t you e-mail everyone & tell them? Just about all the other programs I support do this.”

Maybe this is why you’re not on the CAP approved list any more…?

You know this is nothing personal John, but I am very disappointed. :(

I am not trying to keep anything quiet, rather a pm or email lets me access the account faster to help whereas I don’t exactly check the forums daily and sometimes I miss a few posts that are in different forum sections. Not everyone is experiencing late payments so if you have a problem please contact me directly. If you have a problem with the program of course you are free to post on the forums, I will never object to that.

Why e-mail & PM for payment issues? Do you want to keep it quiet?

For late payments I do apologize and I am not in charge of the processing department. However I have complained and this is being fixed. I believe payments were issued earlier on the 9th but I don’t know why not all of them went through. I am asking and will get an answer back. I hope the next payment cycle is on time and I will find out if we can be consistently on time, not consistently late.

I am not in a good mood today, and it’s partly due to the constant late payments from the 400 Group.

To my knowledge there are less than 5 affiliates awaiting payment as of today but they could all be paid. For your account I believe the accounting department will contact you specifically and can’t comment on why but sent you an email.

    June-?? 9 days late & still waiting…!

I don’t have a good reason and some of the delays have been processor specific. I don’t think there is such a thing as a good reason for late payments but trust me this is the last thing I want to have as well since I am trying to build a brand just with thisisvegas. I know that late payments will turn off affiliates but I believe next month should be back to normal.

If there is a very good reason for late payment, why don’t you e-mail everyone & tell them? Just about all the other programs I support do this.”

thisisvegas is CAP certified and has been since April, otherwise I wouldn’t have posting rights. I wish all the other Rival programs were CAP certified but that is their decision to make if they want to be here or not where I chose to be here.

Maybe this is why you’re not on the CAP approved list any more…?

Thanks and I try not to take anything personal here unless it is a personal attack which has happened at another forum I won’t name. Either way I am here to help and I certainly do listen. Of course I care just as much as everyone here about having payments made on time. I understand if it continues I will have to remove the term on the affiliate site for the 15th and ultimately this costs me affiliates which is players, obviously there are no incentives for it. I try my best to keep everyone informed but please understand that I don’t directly deal with payment processing, or other 3 casinos within 400 affiliates or other Rival casinos (where I get requests all the time to help with other programs). I usually find out this information after the fact when I get a few emails asking what the problems are. I do believe most of the issues have been fixed, as for June I don’t know why all payments were not issued before the 15th, they were processed on the 9th but for some reason not all went out for Neteller, Ecocard and Quicktender. Hope to hear answers back this week.

You know this is nothing personal John, but I am very disappointed. :(

    Cheers,

    John
