vladcizsolMemberNo Playsafe he wasnt banned. He announced he was leaving CAP if he wasnt free to promote his Future Bet private labels.
CAP does not recommend Future Bet for players or webmasters and we do not allow the promotion of casinos based on that platform.

InactiveI was just playing bj for fun on his casino
it seems absolutly rigged
the dealer always got low card like 2,3,4,5,6
but almost never busted…but Mika is a real good guy
I hope he’ll own a decent online casino some day…November 15, 2004 at 12:43 pm #657703
vladcizsolMemberThose are my hopes also Playsafe. Mika IS a very nice guy and I like him too.
He’s being conned by Future Bet and until he gets really burned I dont think he will realize it. What’s sad is the number of players and webmasters who have lost money with FB.
Hes more then welcome to come back to CAP if he agrees to leave the Future Bet Casinos at the door.

InactiveTo bad Mika left. I liked him and think that he made good interesting posts.
The best of luck to you Mika and I hope FB doesn´t skin you.
I understand The Professor and not meant to be unpolite.
CAP is a great resource!/Waz

InactiveMika is free to come back, and I hope he will.
All that is asked is that he not push Futurebet.

InactiveI don’t think any of us should impose our will upon others – this is a public community and as such differing views should be permitted and moreover encouraged.
It is essential that all sides of a perspective story be told – its then and only then that all parties can make educated decisions. It should be noted that I am not defending the FB properties – I agree that they are not worthy of being promoted. However if you wish to do so, though I wouldn’t recommend it, that would be your prerogative.

InactiveAgreed. BUT – this is a professional board and should have some standards. There are some standards applied to which programs are accepted as members, there are some standards applied to which programs can post here unfettered, and there are a couple that are not welcome under any circumstances.
I see that as perfectly reasonable, applying some standards of integrity to the board.
I wouldn’t let any programs on my sites that I don’t approve of. I don’t want my players exposed to places that are proven rip offs.
I also don’t want my fellow affiliates exposed to advertising by places that are proven to be ripoffs.
I am usually the one running around retrieving payments for people from programs that screwed them. If these situations can be avoided, they should be.
That doesn’t mean you can’t slap futurebet banners all over your sites if you so please – it just means that CAP will not allow it to be advertised here.
I think that is an honorable and reputable stance.

Well thats NOT your job and if not requested to do so you should NEVER try to do this on your own!
Maybe it would be a good idea to post exactly what standards we or CAP have? For instance what criteria is considered when giving a program a “certified” tag?

InactiveNo, not my job. Nothing here is my job. I don’t have a job, thank gooddness!
But people do pm and ask me – both affiliates and programs. And if I can do someone an easy favor, I do it. Nothing to do with a job – I would quit in no time if I were forced to do it.As for the second comment – you have to ask the professor.

GuestSomeone somewhere (sorry for being so darn vague), suggested having a list of Rogue programs on CAP. I think there are a handful of programs that we know are rogue.
Perhaps we can do something like that?

InactiveYes, I think it would be beneficial to list questionable programs along with explanations as to why they have been placed on the list. I will also reiterate that it’s just as important to list the characteristics and/or explanations as to why programs are placed on a “certified” list.
I believe that word/list should be reserved for the best of the best or at the very least be made up of programs that are held to a higher level of standards.
