what does net win mean ($744.11) why is this in brackets? Does this mean the player won that much in the casino? It did say yesterday that owed = $104.71 now it shows 0.00? im just confused? please help?

Any numbers in brackets refer to a negative value which means the player is up on the house. since the player is up on the house, your earnings 0.00. As you see from the last 24 hrs, a player’s account can fluctuate and winnings can turn to loses and vise versa.

This balance will hopefully be recovered as the player continues to play at the casino. If this is not the case, then other players will have to recover the loss. If one player has totally wiped out the revenue of your active players, contact me. We will review the situation on a case by case scenario to determine if its in the best interest of both parties to isolate a big winner so it avoids negatively affecting your profitability or your incentive to continue working with our clients.

wow, i hope he plays again because he withdrew $1000.00 and im in the negative over $630.00. I am lucky to get any depositers at all and my first real one i lose! man this sux!

It wouldn’t make any sense to change to a different program because someone won.
If they don’t play it back, just talk to your manager. But make sure they dn’t play it back first because you will lose that if the loss gets cancelled.
you are right. he is playing it back. its just earn united stats didnt update he just deposited 110.00 and lost that. so hopefully more will come. thanks for the input dominique! :hithead:
