InactiveHmmm the 3 column css and positioning….I did an experimental site a while ago that was only css and positioning. It never appeared to help too much with the SE’s and I ended up converting it to tables as in Dreamweaver the positioning made it a nightmare to edit…hiding text etc.
I pretty well use css mostly to format only and tend to stick with good old fashioned tables.
Mind you I love to play and the next experiment may be a virtual 3D portal, something I have been toying with for ages. The let down of 3d has always been speed but all that has changed. You can be in a virtual world in moments now even on a dial up connection.

InactiveHey Ken where were you and that link 6 months ago?

OK, it was the header that was my downfall but that link shows the 3 column can be done tidily!
Cheers for that!

GuestWhen I’m making a page using tables, I feel like I’m in control. I know what the outcome will be. This css and div’s seems esoteric.
Virtual 3-D portal — I’m not even going to ask what that is…..maybe next year! :p

Guestsorry to stray back on subject…. but I did just as you mentioned in a strategy to push scifi and breakaway. the fact that they were the only ones to pay should I think be a hellava selling point.
too early to say though. If nothing else; they sure made me look good. Their the only rtgs I have listed for a while now.
