    Because I love coffee but it is not advisable to drink it to empty stomach (insulin pump), I usually eat what I find in the fridge before I drink my morning coffee. (Yogurt, slice of rye bread, etc )
    For years I didn’t really eat anything, because I’m not hungry in the morning :P

    Depends on the time of year, Winter is oatmeal, warm weather it is Cherios and yes, a big ole pot of coffee and Marlboros. Now and then I will fry up some bacon and eggs if I am not in a hurry.

    Green Tea (decaf) 1 organic banana, 1 cup organic brown rice with fresh egg on top. Keeps me going till noon :)

    If you want to lose weight in a good way try the P90X workout. Its tough but worth it. I went from 190lbs to 168lbs in 90 days http://www.extremeworkout.us (ebay affiliate site of mine that’s a lot cheaper than beachbody.com)

    Before the breakfast I always drink a glass of apple or orange juice, then I like to eat eggs with toasters with smoked salmon, sometimes I like to eat buckwheat porridge with eggs.
    After the breakfast in 30 minutes I drink a cup of green tea.

    I’m not worried about my weight because I eat not too much, but my advise to those who have problems with the weight:
    each Oatmeal porridge every day.

    coffee black and a few lines of cocaine is the quickest way to lose weight, probably not the choice of many people, i like to throw some cognac in my morning expresso for a nice warm glow, grapefruit on an empty stomach is supposed to be good for losing weight too

    try it out

    1 grapefruit
    1 expresso
    1 ounce of cognac
    5-7 lines of cocaine
    1 litre of water(you’ll need it)

    i guarantee you’ll lose weight at a record pace

    I had a blond moment and didn’t see the part of you trying to lose weight.I lost 30 pounds about 5 years ago with weight watchers -present weight 127 pounds.I did all the binge diets etc but weight watchers was only way i could get to my goal weight.I have 3 meals and 3 snacks every day and never go more than 3 hours without having a piece of fruit /salad etc.I drink one coffee a day and rarely eat after 7pm. When you are ‘surviving’ you tell you body to store that fat which alot slows your metabolism.My friend lost 80 pounds by starving herself ,she had a apple for breakfast and one lean cuisine entrees for dinner.She kept it off a year but as soon as she went back to eating normal she put it all back.

    Well. It is the circadian diet.
    High proteins + Low carbs (vegetables) for breakfast and lunch.
    High Carbs after 6 pm.
    A little bit long to explain here, but works.

    Weekdays I eat a bowl of cereals and on weekends, eggs, cheese, vegetable salad, bread, orange juice, coffee and brown bread. :tongue:
