1221Memberword of mouth. ME, I’m especially lost in the who casino market. (Online) Bingo too for that matter. My main worry – Players would be getting a fair play. Slots – actually let them win – if even just for a night of relaxing. That said, the real casinos in my area play real bad.. I’ve already put 100 in one machine and not hit a cherry – OR my least favorite thing.. Putting 5 quarters in and HEARING BELLS!!!! but winning 2 quarters. To me.. That is a LOSS.

Dunno what your local casinos are, but the odds in Indian run ones are unregulated and I don’t trust them. They appear to hit when the most people are on the gaming floor to create some excitement and then get quiet. Just saying.
Vegas is a bit better, but online odds are much better in general.
Back to the original question:
Since I have a lot of slot players, I like to see a good selection of entertaining slots. I also like to see a good selection of Video Poker.
Promotions need to be very clear, wagering requirements clearly displayed, bonuses resonable for playthrough. Decent deposit methods.
As affiliate, I rarely promote places with negative carryover. I never touch a place with any type of quotas. I look for prompt replies to emails.

Indeed, it looks very bad and frustrating to provide the player with wrong information on reviews about a site you are promoting. Deposit methods are indeed another problem in this industry which operators are fighting daily with in order to keep the business running…
BTW Dominique, I liked your domain games casino and poker forum…

InactiveFor me it’s brand and reputation. A strong brand yields conversions and loyalty. And a good reputation builds trust, which also translates to player loyalty in the long run.

volonetMemberThe reputation is definitely the most important factor, I want my players to be able to trust the casinos they are playing at.

I do agree with you…. trust builds relationship, with a strong relationship you have loyal players.. with loyal players you have half way won on your retention efforts and loyal players will payoff on the long run.
About the brands, I think that big brands might have a good reputation, but if small brands are not given the opportunity, they won’t be able to grow and have that reputation in the industry as desired by players and affiliates.

InactiveAll the big brands were once small brands.
Small brands have a bit of an uphill climb, but that’s the same for any business anywhere.
Small brands have to count on a while to get established properly, and be prepared to have better affiliate T&Cs than some of the big guys do, as well as better player promos.
I know that will make the small brand be leaner for longer, but it gets the brand established and encourages more affiliates and players to take a chance. Ultimately it will pay off.
These days, processing is also of the utmost importance. If good processing is not in place, things cannot grow.
