Personally i dont like CPA. I think overall Player Value is much better means of compensation. Plus it seems like CPA is even more open to absue. IE claims that players dont deposit etc…
Just my prejuidice, but I dont do CPA. I know quite a few others do like this compensation model though, so its a good question badabing.

Yes I figured some do not like cpa though the mainstream often opts for the cpa more often as well. As for the depositors the cpa programs often have limits on deposits also as well … such as with casino rewards … I just have noticed that people were going for cpa deals often a few years ago …
Really I guess it depends on traffic – The amount sent, the player quality , the bonuses …
There are quite a few factors with a cpa accounts, it also depends on preferences as you stated and the term of how long your in the game.
