    Hello Everyone,

I am very glad to see here all kind of comments regarding GamblingWages and our casinos.

First of all, I would like to say few words about Cirrus Casino. Even though they have very controversial reputation, this is our top casino. If you have high rollers, this is definitely the casino, which knows how to keep them happy. Perhaps, the excessive number of no deposit promotions, and very tempting offers have attracted a lot of bonus abusers to Cirrus, which consequently provoked a lot of them to post on forums. For almost 3 months in the row Cirrus has been offering $77 Free Chip and 100% Fully Cashable bonus. It certainly helped a lot of affiliates to get new depositors, however we’ve had a lot of problematical situations with multiple accounts, which had to be banned, and not to receive any winnings. These things happen, but at the end, Cirrus pays everyone who’s in title to receive the money. They are not as fast as other casinos, and when other casinos under our umbrella are a lot quicker to process the payments, Cirrus still brings the most revenue. In addition, Christine Jennings – Cirrus Casino Manager, is a very talented woman, and she handles very professionally all disputes and claims.

We have had a great experience with special promotions from ClubPlayerCasino in the past 2 months. Their structure of $65 Free Chip + 400% Sign Up bonus + 350% Second Chance Bonus works really good to convert the free chippers into real players. ClubPlayer is very creative with promotions, and is about to launch one more exclusive VIP Club, which is expected to have aggressive promotions for high rollers.

Overall, our casinos offer some promotions such as already mentioned by hdaddy:
Cirrus: 100% no play involved – Lose your deposit and bonus within 15 minutes and get 100% insurance.
You just have to check the weekly promotions’ sections of our casinos, and you will see them.

Lately, we have been running exclusive tournaments and special promotions with our affiliates, and it has been working well for all of us. So, if you need something, just let me know. It’s not a problem for any of our casinos to collaborate with you, and create the exact promo that you want to be offered to your players.

If anybody has any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact me at any time!

    Best regards,

    Natalie Stewart.

I am with hdaddy on this one

I have had many negative months. Cirrus even made me special banners because my players kept winning the progressives. And they were paid for sure.

I find their retention to be excellent and their conversions to be above the norm. Cirrus does indeed keep it’s high rollers but I tell you, Cool Cat isn’t bad either!

As Natalie said though, casinos that push free cash are open to abuse. That makes it all too easy for the fraudsters to try their duplicate accounts out. It also makes for meaty posts on boards like Meisters about how the player got shafted by the casino. It’s all too easy to see the casino in the ultimate bad light but truth be told, there is almost ALWAYS 2 sides to every story.

I respect Natalie and she is competent and wrote an excellent post.

I’ve go to respect my players even more though.

When Casinomeister takes Cirrus off the not recommended list I may give it a try.

Meanwhile I stick with where I know I can make money AND have complaint free players.

And btw., I dislike the huge bonuses. They cause nothing but trouble.

I know this is a subject for a different topic, and maybe another time, but I ran a poll once where I asked the webmasters if they thought a casino industry without bonuses would go down well. An industry where the competition was based on the strength of the casinos name and on the loyalty program that earned the loyalty of a regular player. Given the bonuses not being issued, I forsaw a loyalty program that gave something concrete to the players. Retention a feature with acquisition being more difficult and stealing players from other casinos more difficult too. I didn’t expect much of a pro response because so many affiliates have built sites around the “best bonus” type theme. Much to my surprise, there were about 50% who said they either liked it or saw merit in it. One fellow got so excited he even went out and bought a site with a name something like “no bonus casinos” lol

Maybe one day my dream would come true. Bonuses cause nothing but trouble. Playthrough requirements, disputes, fine print rules, and of course, greed.

On topic for this thread, I think Referback have set up a free time deal too? Not sure which casino though.

Yes, but it will never happen again, no welcome bonuses.

However, it would be nice if players had a choice – yes, I would like a welcome bonus and I hav read the T&Cs here, or no, I would rather have loyalty bonuses without wagering requirements.

I think casinos would be surprised by the number of players choosing loyalty.

Of course, free spins will always fly off the shelf.
