    Iceman,

    I have an S-corp set up as a holding company and then LLC’s set up for the children companies. Each reports it’s income and losses up to the holding company monthly and I take a salary and profit sharing monthly from the S-corp.

    How much money do you think I have to take in before I should setup a seperate business? Right now I am just starting and have not received any money from any affiliate, but just curious as to when you guys thought it would be a good idea?

    I alraedy have paid for a website and signed up for several poker affiliates.
