If it really is illegal for US players to play at a casino, then I can’t exactly stop it.
I’m real iffy about the idea that I can be told who I can and can’t link to. First off, it just doesn’t pass a bullshit test.

Inactivei agree with oneguy 100%
im taking a sit and watch attitude / with business as usual for me
first – they have not addressed affiliates but the casinos themselves and the institutions that fund them. being an affiliate isn’t illegal. linking to other websites isn’t illegal
second – it appears that this job is being left to banks and the casinos, so that’s why you see casinos responding so quickly. … they are potentially breaking the unjust new law.
you cannot police your visitors. there is no modality to do so. online gambling is legal in certain juristictions and my ads are geared towards them to make a living.
who comes into my site is beyond my control
what they do when they leave my sites is beyond my controleven if they say we have to close our sites they will first sign the law (duh) and then probably set some paramaters and compliance time…
:popcorn:edited to add: ok, maybe i can block visitors based on geo IP but I wont. there are legal informations free for anyone to obtain and i don’t think it’s legal for the gov’t to make me shut off my entire income for having a particular type of “advertisement”
