aaronsmithMemberJust read on seobook an interview with schilling and he said that .com and .co.uk plus some other country codes but not .tv were solid ones to choose. Lets hope it stays that way it will be impossible to rememeber domains if you start having http://www.casino.casino or http://www.casino.gambling

Inactiveno effect for the next decade. the fact of the matter is that most people use internet on autopilot so using .brand names would just confuse the hell out of them. people still automatically associate domains with .com or .local extension…

InactiveThe only way I see it affecting us is if the search engines decide to suddenly reflect the chage in their algorithim so if someone is searching a gambling relates term then a .gambling is more likely to come up top but the more I think about this the more unlikely I see it happening

Inactiveyes – i agree with alex above; its not so much the worth or recognition of the domain – it’ll be how search engines decide to rank and accept these that affect us most. as always! another day – same issue – different obstacle.

highly unlikely. they smoke the same dope as we do. so it doesn’t make sense for them to reorganize the whole structure. imho…
