vladcizsolMemberClassics the thread was archived so that we could move on. It was an unpleasant incident to be sure and to protect everyones rights and minimize further damage I moved it to “The Attic”.
I would really prefer we not revisit this problem unless there is new “evidence” to review or other incidents to discuss.
I am going to follow your suggestion and add “bad affiliates” to the “bad casinos” section, but I am asking everyone to please excercise discretion when posting reports or allegations. Let’s ensure we don’t post rumors or third party info.
If you have information about a bad casino or affiliate please DO step forward. BUT please ensure you have a reasonable amount of documentation or “proof” of a claim before initiating a complaint.
OBTW I dont think calling for peoples heads on a platter is called for or constructive. Lets let things simmer down and return to normal business.

InactiveThe head on a platter is appropriate if there is no apology, and I don’t even necessarily mean apology to the people slammed, although that should occur. An apology is owed to readers of these forums for the making of an unsubstatiated claim that they will not back up.
(It’s no crime to do something stupid. It is a very bad thing to not admit “that was stupid of me” afterwards.)

InactiveClassics, there is a heck of a lot more to this than meets the eye, and it can not and will not ever be made public.
Please give it a rest – you will accomplish nothing constructive whatsoever.

That is exactly the problem. Please stop making nonsense posts that add nothing: “it can not and will not ever be made public.” Bullshit. What an foolish comment.
There is not anything more than meets the eye. We are what we do, not what we whisper in the dark.

InactiveClassics, this thread is what is called a flame. I do not flame, so I am out of it.

Inactive“Classics, this thread is what is called a flame”
Please stop trolling nonsense. This is exactly the problem. Be an adult and take some responsibility.

GuestI agree with C.
Let Greg either produce evidence or pay the consequences.
if it were a program and somebody came out claiming they were cheating, people would want to know proof, and rightfully so; thus should be in the case of cheating affiliates.
I totally understand the Profs agenda, and I made quite clear my feelings towards amateur, but its irresponsible to have done that thread the way it was done.
And Dom, I know you mean well, but if anybody caused more damamage in this thread, it wasn’t C.
I don’t understand why Greg hasn’t come forward with his proof. Surely he had more to go on than “gut feeling” to have made that post in the first place.
I thought it was funny there were no more posts in that thread, but I only used the new posts link and it doesn’t show when a thread has been closed. Elsewise I’d likely have beaten C to this post.
It should be cleared up IMHO.

InactiveSpeaking on behalf of investors who are looking to invest in
the online gaming industry in the future i have to say that this
episode has them really spooked for the following reasons.1. An experienced affiliate manager makes allegations then
suddenly retracts them at the insistance i presume of his employers.2.The moderator of wol who many consider to be the unofficial
portal of the online gambling industry states that this matter should be made public asap.3. dominiques posts of other affiliate managers AFRAID to come
forward in case their business suffers. The question being asked is can a group of people such as sucks/gpwa hold us to ransom if we invested in online casinos.
I dont know the answer to that i’m afraid

InactiveYou see all of that very clearly.

vladcizsolMemberThis thread is going nowhere and is inflamatory and argumentative. I am locking it down before we get into another pissing match over the same incident which was already addressed.
If you guys want to discuss this calmly without name calling or calling for peoples jobs or calling others crooks we can open a new one, but I would really prefer we didn’t.
Guys we beat this one to death already can we all just get along and get back to business, please?
