Hi, The site is down due to technical reconfiguration and will be back up as soon as possible. I understand that there is an issue with ad serving not functioning and will be working to ensure that a solution is found so that AL functions such as ad serving are not affected in this way in the future.

We certainly do work if there is an issue we know about and peoples sites are missing banners. And particularly as the product of Affiliate Lounge is very important to us (and should have the uptime and response our partners expect.)

Re the Bannerlinks and script type / banners not working, let me know which banners are not working, sites etc to stuart.french@betsson.com , I have been looking out for others that are having issues so I can investigate them as no changes should have been made re banners and links.

Re stats due to technical changes I am currently missing affiliates stats in AL from Friday, stats will be back up tomm, as the technical change to make it right requires casinos to be restarted, which we can only do in a maint window due to logged in clients. Stats are being stored in Betsson, CasinoEuro and Cherry Casino and will be uploaded and reconciled tomm into Affiliate Lounge.

The stats havent been updated since 26th…

Re Stats, please see my post earlier re stats, but as a summary once we have been able to restart casino’s early AM tomm stats can be reconciled for BE, CE and CC. I understand that this is an issue, but the technical changes made over the weekend affected the platforms with regard to stats upload. Stats are still being collected by the product platforms and will be reconciled into AL so we can start working on the payout list for this month as soon as possible.
