I know this has been briefly mentioned before, but I am not sure how often it is brought up to anyone at FA directly.

I think you guys need to come up with a better way for your affiliates to find what they are looking for (banners, etc…) more quickly!

I was making some changes today and it required me to find new size banners for all of the FA properties. While doing this I finally realized how annoying (and impossible) it is to get multiple banners quickly! To get a banner, each affiliate has to select items from 3-5 drop down menus and let the page reload each time you change one of the drop down menus before you can continue the process. This itself isn’t very ideal, but what really bugs me is when I go through that process only to find that the size I am looking for isn’t available based on the criteria I selected! Then I have to go through the same process all over again and in some cases several times to find what I am looking for.

When you are doing that for all of your properties this gets very time consuming.

Can you guys at the very least find a way to arrange things so that we can find the right size on the first try?

I’m sure many other affiliates would like to see some changes in this area.

I agree. The system is extremly cumbersom and time consuming to navigate and the main reason that I rarely log in other than to view my stats on the main page.

The media center is cool, but it’s no good for tracking campaigns.

Hi guys;

There is a big project under way to relieve these issues and specifically to build a new media management system. It is on the way!

In the meantime I have 2 solutions for everyone:

1. On the left hand side there is a menu for all the Hot Media in the various languages, this is a lot faster
2. You could simply send your request to your Account Manager. We will endeavour to give you what you need…

I am confused when i go in there but after 50 clicks i usually find what i am looking for lol

I agree – glad there is a change coming. I tried grabbing a load last week and it was a major PITA and eventually it timed me out after I got about 3. The Hot media works a lot better but not so good for specific stuff like I was after.

Update: there will be a change coming up soon (2 weeks time frame was mentioned) which will have a positive impact.

Although, in the meantime please ask your AMs or me directly for what you need.

The problem is that when I actually get round to making changes.. it is now or never.. So, if I need to ask everytime I need a new banner.. things would never get done.

Also, often I am not exactly sure what I am looking for and like to have a look at different options, then chose one.

Today, I wanted to do a review of the mobile gaming option.. but stopped after I had to go back to the beginning the third time.

Check out Referback.com banner area they have it set out pretty good. 2 clicks displays all the banners u need.. ! :hattip:

I agree with you guys, and thanks for this thread. It’s really too difficult to find what you are looking for.

I also would like to ask Marvyn: where can I find banners for Goldfishka Casino? I’m promoting this casino for Russian market and I only have my affiliate link I even don’t remember where I got it, but the tracking works properly.

Hi all;

I’m very happy to let everyone know that we have updated the Media Management system at Fortune. We did some testing and it is MUCH faster.

This is a temporary fix due to your concerns raised here and there will be a whole new system rolled out in the near future (“shopping basket”) which will alleviate all concerns.

Aksana: To have access to your GoldFishka marketing material, when you login instead of using your FA account number, use the GF account number (same account number, just GF#### instead of FA####). If you still have any problems please email me so we can sort it for you.

Are these changes live? I took a peek and it doesn’t appear as though much has changed at all…

Unless I am missing something, I still have to select items from several drop-down menus, wait for the page to load each time, and cross my fingers that my selections will lead me to the banner sizes I am looking for.

The “quick launch hot media” would help in some situations if all of your brands were available. However, it appears as though only Royal Vegas is used for this feature (when selecting English USA anyways).

What am I missing?

Hi;

It might not look like a lot has changed but we’ve tried to alleviate the concerns until we can rollout the full new system.

Firstly, the time it takes for the refresh between drop-down selections is now about 100 times faster. If you’ve made an error in the selection and click “back” it now saves what you had selected.

The file size and image size are now shown so it’s easier to decide which banner suits your needs.

Still a ton of clicks but it does appear to move a bit faster. The back button save helps a ton. If you all could get it streamlined to reduce the number of clicks it takes and the numorous refreshes along the way it would help a ton.
