    oh man
    ya know
    i have registred an account longer ago
    then we had no more chance to login
    so
    my partner made a new account
    this worked then
    now we getting here the same message like i had always before

    i did sent an e-mail to support and got no reply til now
    and as they were not very helpful last time
    when we opened the 1st account and had that problem
    i thought i post it here
