you will be IP Banned and posts deletedI will say that he cooperated when I showed him the legalities he was facing for sending out that email and posting certain things about me, though I refuse to go back to that site to see if he realsly removed it and is alleviating the sitatuion…it’s all silly imho!
There are ways to get around ip bans. It’s really pretty simple.
Hmmm, he has what 30 some menbers all of which look to be him. Really I would like to post every so often and ask him to show the ip’s of the members.

As if that weren’t enough the ass**** posted my name, address, phone number, and 2 URLs and completly created a factless writeup in his newsletter that was so far from even being close to the truth…… I could care less what he says, but he posted my adress and stuff and not only is that illegal but it’s just tacky. Especially since I never got an email from him or anything regarding this scenario!
Anyways….. enough said.
Matt, why don’t you report him to his isp and his host? If he’s posting your name and address, and it is either illegal or bad internet etiquette, he may lose one or both over this.
Hmm, I am not sure if the law pasted but it would look as though his whowis info is info is not legal, that is if the law pasted.
