zigmundovichMemberFree..
We have several websites who rank very well on certain ‘free …’ keywords but the conversion is awful and I really wouldn’t bother spending time on promoting keywords with free.Visitors who look for ‘no deposit bonus’ terms brought us a few (small) real money players though.

InactivePeople will tell you that bonuses don’t work. I’ve found that it depends on your crowd. I’ve made money back in the days of $10 free at the various microgaming casinos. I also managed to get a ton of party poker signups without any bonus (early on).
“Free Online Casino” isn’t very long tailed, you’ll find “free online casino slot machine” is the longer end. But being able to rank for those terms will bring you players.
It’s really about how much time and creativity you have. If you have time and like/don’t mind creating pages, work on some additional pages. But if you can put in the same effort to gain links faster, then do that.

InactiveThe word ‘free’ in any keyword is excellent for traffic for obviously not great for conversions. I ill say that if you are able to rank for a ‘free’ term and it’s a natural placement then it cant hurt. I wouldn’t suggest spending a lot or time or resources on this though.
Also I would suggest going for the longer tail terms as well. I have had great experience with those and if you can find some good ones they can really pay off. I believe that the more detailed the search term the more targeted visitors you’ll be receiving. This is definitely a quality over quantity game. (Opposite for the ‘free’ terms)
Good luck man, try using some of the keyword selection tools such as the free one from Adwords for ideas. Also there is a nice tool at SlowSEO.com that I’ve used a lot of times before. Hope this helps!

CharlesWFMemberInteresting that lots of you arent impressed with the results from free searches for casino.
Free bets type traffic works really well with Sports betting – but guess its slightly different.
