    If you paid by PayPal, then there is a chance to get your money back. http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/buyer-complaint-outside . I was once able to get my money back from a scammer by contacting PayPal.

    Excellent Idea. I filed a merchant complaint and am attempting to have the charge refunded via Paypal and via charge back by my bank.
