InactiveI’m going to be the devils advocate here, but I think in this situation the only fair thing would be that they pay you subaff commission on the players the sub-affiliate sent before the merger.
The reason I say this is because what if the subaffiliate was referred to spin by someone else? They can’t take the aff away from the other affiliate. And they have acquired the properties. If it was the other way around and betway acquired spin, I would say they should pay the other aff for players sent before the acquisition but that you should receive subaff commission moving forward.
I hope I just made sense :p

Inactivehi Renee
I totally agree…and I mentioned that as well, I don’t expect sub commission for WS products before or after the merge, only from Betway players….and I was told no to that as well.March 30, 2011 at 12:07 am #815464Anonymous

InactiveThanks Brooke, I just PMed you the info,

InactiveJust an update, they are refusing to pay March sub earnings even though I wasn’t even informed of this til March 23rd. I have pulled down all banners and links associated with Gnuf, Betway and all WS properties.
Am I the only affiliate that had subaffiliates at Betway or Gnuf?
