InactiveMy guess is that these active accounts are simply accounts that are not inactive. So it is accounts that are not closed, but not necessarily accounts with wagering activity.

InactiveI’d guess that the active accounts – is incorrectly labelled.
I’ve just ran the same report and got results similars to yours – in the the # of “Active Accounts” is very similar to the # “Visits” with just a small variance of change.
We had 23,000+ visits over six properties, and in all cases the # Active Accounts was very close to the visit total.
There is no way he have or had 23,000 registrations – I am wondering whether people that guest play the free games somehow get counted?

uniqueiMemberThanks for the reply guys.
Robert from Wagershare got back to me and this is what he said:
”Hope you are well.
There is a bug in the system which is why you are seeing those active account stats.
You can see that it is just currently adding all visits and then current actives. So there was one new Jackpots player, and there is an existing Spin player from previous years which is why the number is currently 445, and two more than 443.
Sorry for the confusion, but it will be fixed shortly.
Kind regards,
Robert”
