CaptainetteMemberFyi: The minimum player quota has also been retroactively applied to affiliate contracts that were signed up prior these changes.

bosshoggsMemberHey Andy:
Thanks for the update on this.
Since Wagershare is a listed program partner with the CAP Directory, we’re in the process of connecting with them regarding this change to get further updates. More to follow…

InactiveOk, so according to WagerShare, these terms are NOT retroactive:
We actually haven’t changed the terms and conditions, we have just added to them for new affiliates.
The above are the oldest terms listed on archive.org and point 4 refers to active affiliates, and is currently listed in the live terms as 5.3.6
The other term 5.4.8 only applies to affiliates who signed up from August 2012, and no one before.
I am not a direct WagerShare affiliate so could someone please confirm this?

InactiveWe have gone back and see the rule was there back in 2004 via the Wayback but since they are now enforcing this against several affiliates they have been marked rogue. Other then that it does not matter when they added the min player rule fact is it’s predatory and therefore they are marked predatory.
Also many affiliates do not know that there is a 6 month hold on payments from players that self exclude themselves, to which there are so many it seems almost suspicious.
I myself was also put down from 35% to 25% for what they call lack of new players when actually I sent them quite a few new players each and every month now for years!! I think they were saying 1 player in a month was not good enough or something who know but fact is they are getting really damn shady!
There is also a few who voiced concerns about that Wagershare cross marketing players to their other brands without giving the original referring affiliate credit.
There are many threads at AGD where many webmasters have come forward with legit complaints against this company, I understand they are a partner here on CAP but I am and always been flat out honest about my dislike of affiliate programs bulling and holding earnings against affiliates.

Unless it’s you buddy Renne from Reward Affiliates and her employer Casino Rewards, then these high moral virtues you speak of, well they take a break, and leave the building!
