Furthermore, I am not going to go into all the reasons why this is garbage as it has been covered in the wagershare thread, and even though we all know it is an unbelievable small amount of deposits done by credit cards yet you guys want to hold 50% of our income, I am not certain but pretty sure consumers have only 60 days to dispute a charge on their credit card bill. So why the 6 months? Damn guys, use your heads a little because affiliates are going to drop you and its not worth it. We are not just going to bend over with programs that do us like this. Your treating us like we just fell off the turnip truck. Geeeesh.
Again, the chargeback being paid by affiliates was instituted in order to avoid affiliates getting together with players to scam programs.
That was the purpose of this T&C.
Just like in politics, this is an example of a sensible rule being used over time to force an entirely different issue down people’s throats.
