I need to serve banners myself for various reasons. So I am a “link fiddler”.
I also need plain links to insert in existing text.
It would be good to make these available in the first place to prevent fiddling!
tracking for the old links no longer works?

I remove them due to lack of performance.
There shouldn’t be any point to fiddle with the href part in the links. Why doesn’t WP just redirect the old links to the new system? Is WP trying to siphon off the free traffic?
Banner ID refers also to “Text Link ID”, so you can also manage plain text links like that. By placing the link as the one above with banner and site ID included. It will track properly.
James – I’ve sent many emails/newsletters regarding this. If you still have old links, please do not fall in panic. They still track but they are expired. We are using the ones above that you can grab from our new affiliate platform by log in here: http://affiliates.wagerprofits.com/login.asp
I want to clarify that we manage our stats and send data to IA for upload so we can have one single platform for casino and poker.
We are giving people a grace period to switch the links since couple of months ago.

me too. and I tried…. and tried…. and tried. not saying they cheated. not saying their tracking was wrong.
I just couldn’t come up with a profitable situation.
while i can’t figure out / get to work their new system for reports…… my last check .. which admittedly was probably close to a year ago…. my average per click sent was about 50 cents.
I could sell clicks to almost anybody for more than that.
I gave up. and seriously… i really pushed them at one time.

Paul, yesterday I updated my links(I took them from your system), and made several clicks on them that to check, and today I don’t see my clicks in my stats. My stats for August and September don’t show any records. Could you please check it?
I updated my links, the majority of them, a couple weeks back, I checked stats yesterday, everything is 0, even impressions. I know they are not working.

Hi Paul, thank you for the quick response. I received your mail and replied. My side of report shows 0 for all….I guess as long as you’re seeing…it’s recording. Now if I can see, it will show me where I need to locate banners for best results. :hattip:
