vladcizsolMemberIs there some reason that wager junction cant come here and respond to the issues Universal has raised? I have had a terrible time with their banners as well and I DO have a tremendous number of sites effected and dont want to spend hours sorting this out. Where the hell is Nick?

InactiveDISASTERS
These things happend quite freaquently with Affiliate Programs or any other sites. Its the size problem, the more users you have, the higher risk of hacking/attacking your site is facing.
And no site can be 100% prepared for this. They come up with new ways of attacks that are impossible to keep up with.
There are a few things that an affiliate manager should do in such cases.
1. Think of temporary solution if possible.
2. Notify all affiliates (who is affected) that there is a problem, and mention the temporary solution.
3. Don’t go home untill the problem is fixed.
4. Once its fixed, notify all affiliates that the matter has been resolved. It looks like it took 3-4 days to fix the problem. I guess its not that bad. But could be done faster ofcourse.

InactiveHi I wanted to apologize with the problems serving of the creative on Wager Junction.
We had a number of issues with the hosting of these creatives in the last week. I realise that this did not help anybody as you were serving the banners from the site. However I have corrected the problem and all the creatives should be appearing correctly on the server. Please let me know if I can help in anyway?
