We are delighted to inform you that Virgin Games Affiliates has been short listed for the much coveted
“Gaming affiliate program of the year” 2008 award, organised by A4U forum, the largest affiliate community site in the UK.More on the awards (extract from the a4uawards website):
“There will be 16 prestigious awards up for grabs on the 5th June 2008. Nine of these will be judged by an independent panel consisting of some of the most experienced practitioners across the sector. With a good spread of Agencies, Affiliates, Merchants, Media Owners and Directors.
The jury will reward innovation, creativeness, fulfilment of client objectives or desires, effectiveness and other criteria listed within each individual award. There will also be four Publishers Choice awards, chosen by the affiliates themselves through a controlled vote conducted by the 20,000 strong community at affiliates4u.com”

We couldn’t be happier about the other nominees in the gaming category too: there are esteemed friends and highly reputable competition in this shortlist (if proof is needed, I’ll send a picture of Sarafina, Jasper, Ted and I having an al fresco dinner in Cyprus last week, that should do the trick

Hi all,
I am delighted to inform you that Virgin Games Affiliates has received the top award for the “Casino and Gaming” vertical at the A4U awards 2008 last night.
Ted and I thoroughly enjoyed the event: food was great, organisation was impeccable, and the comedian hired to present the awards was a riot. Channel 4 even crashed the party!
We’d like to take the opportunity to thank all our affiliates for contributing so heavily to our success this year.
