I see we get 40% afer Licensing, Bank fees, transactions, janitor fees.. think it comes to about 0% when i add them all up?

Good Morning.
The issue here is not that the bank fees are huge, but that you have sent in a player with username ***** which has generated a chargeback of €954 , when depositing. This amount will of course be then added to the Bank Fees. Please conact me if you would like to know which player has generated this chargeback.
