Since I am from the US, I am unsure how to get game creatives anymore… I would like this info, though, so that I can promote to the UK and elsewhere.

Your PartnerLogic account still works, so you can still log in and collect banners and other creatives.
The screenshots and reviews are not in the creative generator yet, but if you drop me an email here [email protected] i will send these all out to you.
