I was just called by Neteller to verify my account by adding my bankaccount number to Neteller (if you visit their webpage it is the menu on lefthand side). You have to do this by the end of October or otherwise your account will be frozen! Yes security is very important.
Just wanted to let you know.

Rickwtf? why do they need your bank account details to verify your account? unless you already have registered your bank account details with them, and just need to confirm it one more time, then it doesn’t make sense.
How is your account meant to be secure after you provide your bank account details…unless Neteller has a way to verify whether that bank account is actually real…smells very fishy.

LucretiaMemberIf you did not registered a (verified) bank account to your neteller account already, I recommend you call them via the toll free number and ask them whether you have to do this or not. They have been most helpful and friendly to me.
In order to verify your bankaccount Neteller makes a micro deposit to your bankaccount in a few days. You can see thise amount on your bankstatement and then you fill in this exact amount on Netellers
When you signed in you see the quick links menu on the left
I want to make sure I can collect and buy some Christmas presents.Best Regards

InactiveIf you like to upgrade your neteller account you have to verify your bankaccount number to Neteller.
Then you can get a prepaid card and also transfer to other neteller accounts.
