InactiveHey there fortyoz & dominique
I also promote vegas partners and 3 weeks ago noticed there was a good commission from one of their casinos showing in my stats … next day that had also vanished (back to all zero’s) … next day I had a message on my answer phone from a nicole at the casino to email them. I asssumed it was to do with the stats ???
I have emailed nicole, their support and even the casino manager over the last 2 weeks but have had no response … and my stats are still on zero.
Not good and now I’m considering removing them from my site.
I’d be interested to hear your developments??

InactiveHello Mike,
Great to see you’ve found this board, I like it a lot, too bad I haven’t been upgraded to see the private boards though, could have a lot of fun there.. hehe…
Anyway, about Vegas Partners.. My stats disappeared then returned the next day, i’m doing alright with this problem they have lots of good mailers ( I do mostly email lists ), my only complaint is that the stats update at random intrevals ( or so it seems ) .. wish it was more automatic like the other programs, but their casinos seem to convert decent, all casinos that give out free $10 or more seem to convert well for me. get a few hundred people ( over 600 players on wager wages in a few weeks.. great program ) in taking advantage of the free $$$ .. then depositing when they realize they like the casino, good for the casino and good for us.
I can see myself promoting Vegas Partners for a while, would love to hear from the affiliate manager again.
Best regards,

InactiveHi Fortyoz … thanks for that info … not good that it’s all gone down again ??
I still haven’t heard anything back from the casino .. and I sent them another email yesterday .. that makes about 4/5 over the last 2 weeks.
I was interested to hear that you mostly use email lists … I’ve tried optin emails & a couple of lists with no luck at all. I have started building up my own list now via a newsletter option on my site , which seems now to be picking up quite well.
Keep me posted on vegas if you wouldn’t mind … I’m still not sure what to do ?

vladcizsolMemberI do very well with them. They are one of my best new Microgaming partners. I focus on Crazy Vegas and Sun Vegas and have been quite satisfied with the results.

InactiveHi Professor,
I’m doing quite well with them my first period as well, my only complaint is that their stats were not updating often and dissapearing at times ( and then showing up again ).

InactiveThanks Prof & Fortyoz
You’ve eased my mind on this one … I’ll hang in with them now I know they’re ok (apart from the stats problem … presumably their software ??)
Thanks again guys

InactiveI’ve only had my website up for about a month now, so I don’t exactly have too much to compare it with, but already I’m seeing really good results with these guys… the traffic is converting really well – Sun Vegas and Arthurian are my best two at the moment.
There are a couple of things that have me a little concerned though – I did see my stats disapear briefly at one point during the month (but it was back within about 10mins or so)… other than that one time, things seem to have been stable though.
The other, is that they just changed some of their bonuses – the initial match bonus for Arthurian, and their terms and conditions have been changing quite a bit during the month (for all casinos in the group)… earlier they were 5x wagering requirements, Blackjack allowed… now they’re 10x and BJ excluded – all this and no email from Vegas Partners alerting affiliates to the changes (there’s a thread running on Winneronline that goes into these changes a bit).
I’ve got no problem with them changing bonuses and/or T&C’s, but it would be nice if they tell us when they do it… I guess this probably happens with a lot of affiliate programs though?
As I said though, overall I’m very happy with them – the commission I’m getting for my first month is about triple what I have spent on advertising so far, so I certainly can’t complain about that

InactiveHi everyone.
I am Hugh, from VegasPartner.com
I see there’s a bit of frustration about the stats disappearing, and reappearing later. Just to explain exactly what happens:
We do not have set times when we update your stats, but it happens on average every 4-6 hours. This updating process takes about 10-20 minutes to complete. At the start of the process we delete current data from the database, and insert new info during the updating. The reason you will then see missing information, is because you are viewing your reports during our updating process.
Rest assure that at no time do we loose track of your current stats.
We are currently developing a better way of updating your stats, without the need of deleting current data.
I hope this clears things up for you.
Best regards
