InactiveI have chatted to several other Micro folks and they are NOT pulling out of the USA market. Get those bank accounts in the UK or else where opened fast is what I say. I think these programs need to get EcoCard and other methods fast!

Vegas Affiliates just did the same thing, leads me to believe its going to be a micro thing, which means 100% of my monies will not be showing up in addition to the xxK that neteller has frozen.
This is the worse possible news; I cant help but think they are all crooked and taking what they can get out of this while they can. Hell they have had no problem making those transactions the last several years why the hell stop now? Maybe we can book flights and go get the money in person?

aff programs that are not deciding to close up shop completely should give great consideration to how they treat their US partners. for one, we can still target other countries, for two; if they screw us using rediculous excuses like no checks (this is so rediculous!, simply set up an account with no gambling related names in the issuer: or are we to beleive that that entire world has now been prevented from paying its debts via check to US citizens? laughable!): that every aff, US based or not: is watching to see how they can expect to be treated in the future.

affiliategodMemberBonus Paradise,
When did you get tha email? Today? Because the last one I got was back on Jan 30th:
URGENT: PAYMENTS
In light of recent legislation in the US, we are only able to process payments using Check or ACH. Therefore, we urge you to log into Vegas Partner and change your details as soon as possible, as payments will be made in the next 3 days.
Alternatively, please contact us to discuss different solutions.
In that email, she stated that payments would be made eithin the next 3 days. It is now the Feb. 5th. They should have been made already. WTF?

InactiveHi Everyone,
This week we announced that it is with great regret that we can no longer accept any new US players at the Vegas Partner brands. The reason for this is that it has become impossible for the online casinos we represent to pay out US players. Therefore, the only honorable option was to deny play to new players residing in the US and to block credit card purchases. This has been due to the extremely strict legislation recently passed in the US. Unless a solution is found, this decision will unfortunately stand.

I doubt that it is actually impossible; maybe its just more work than some want to put in? Given a solid effort the most difficult things are often achievable. Hopefully you will come up with a viable solution soon.

InactiveI read that as you cannot take any NEW players, how are you then paying the OLD players from the states may I ask and how do you plan to pay the affiliates, Click2pay is not an option for us.

Considering that I read into the statements that existing members are free to continue to gamble until they have lost their bankroll and/or until a payment solution pops up in the future.
