InactiveOf all softwares, RTG do seem to cause the most problems.
Both for players and affiliates.

InactiveVegas Lucky, Vegas Magic, Vegas Frontier and Slots Fever are ran by affiliate ( referred to as a Super Affiliate managed casinos )
You might try contacting RTG direct to see about the payment

I am not sure how they will deal with RTG affiliate complaints, but they have proven to be good with RTG player complaints. It’s definitely worth a shot.
Please keep us posted!

InactiveI have been dealing with the affiliate manager here, and he started out real attentive at first then last month they shorted me 127.00 bucks, he danced around and around and made up one excuse after another, now I get no replies at all and will be taking the casino down!

InactiveI would like it to be clear the all payments outstanding to affiliates are processed on the 10th of each month. If there are any problems, please direct them to [email protected]. The past week there has been a replacement to process emails, this may have caused a delay in the response, but unlikely. The most common problem is that the payment requests or payment issues are sent to the wrong department. When this happens, it takes more time to filter to the correct persons. A common problem for non-payment, is not receiving an email confirmation reply. This procedure is to make sure the payment goes to the correct account. Neteller is the fastest payment process.
If you look at some other postings, Vegas Lucky has had actually positive comments made by affiliates in reference to speedy payments. It is not in our interest to delay any payment to an affiliate. Our aplogises to anyone who this may have happened to in the past.
In this thread, there are 3 affiliates who are listing problems (bonustreak, wufu110, and esquirexx). I will try to resolve these issues ASAP without “dancing”.
I also invite the other affiliates, krystall2 and Dominique to perhaps explain any specific problems via email.
I feel comfortable stating that Vegas Lucky has a good record. And more importantly, our interest is having a positive image with affiliates. There have been many promotions that we have sponsored for various affiliates and they have made money for them.

That’s good to know but hardly the point. The fact that someone was ‘watching’ affiliate emails while the manager was away is the issue. I was ignored and have yet to be paid. Yesterday I finally received a vague reply from the affiliate manager, however I am still concerned as to why the issue isn’t yet resolved for ME. I signed up with this program 2 months ago and have been trying to get a hold of them for 1 month….. So go figure.May 11, 2005 at 10:17 am #665390Anonymous
InactiveI have send an email yesteday and still waiting an answer.

InactivePlease check your email before you say that you have not received any messages in response to your questions. I sent an email to you yesterday with an explanation.
I do not mind affiliates posting problems when all options fail to resolve the issue. But, I do mind when posts are unclear and untrue. I replied to all outstanding emails yesterday and I still have some minor issues to resolve. They will be all resolved to the satisfaction of each affiliate. That I will promise publicly.
