Regarding 400 Affiliates are they not decertified as well. They still are using the CAP certification.

I was very busy last two months and didn’t know that they had such payment problems, today I’ll start working and remove them. Thanks

InactiveVIP Profits still have the CAP Certified banner up on their homepage. I don’t think they have been certified for some time.
