InactiveI like these guys, but even I have to say that this is not looking good.
It sounds like they are covering for the casinos not sending the money over.
I think they should be honest with their afiliates so one can deal on a friendly level and see about fixing things.
If I were an aff manager, Cappy and Krystall would definitely be people I would feel I could talk to.
Honesty is always the best policy. I don’t know what these guys are scared of. We will find out.

InactiveScared is what you should be when you don’t return phone calls when money is owed! Not before.

and hope we will be able to give you a definite answer by tomorrow.Regards,
Stefano Brucciani
Affiliate managerThen I received no response as they said they would. So wrote and asked whats up.. Got this response.
Hello there Ronda,
We do not want to lose you as an affiliate, and I can honestly tell you we are doing our best to find out exactly where we went wrong.
It is of our best interest to serve you.
I promise that Stefano or myself will keep you posted, it is just you would not accept – and I can understand that pretty well – to receive some emails with vague explanations, wouldn’t you agree ?
In the meantime, I can only wish you a very nice day.
Thank you very much for your kindness ( because it is coming down to this now

Frank.

InactiveNot good enough. Not over such a long period of time. If they cannot discover what is wrong with the payment system now then they have no business running an affiliate program.
You might remind them that it is not only you they will lose as an affiliate.

InactiveMy last response from them
Hi Ronda,
I am extremely sorry for what is going on in the last period with our stats.
At the moment I can only assure you that we are working on them and we are
analysing every single detail in order to find and clear the issue.I know this is annoying and frustrating to you but you can imagine also the
kind of pressure I am under at the moment. Our main goal is to offer the
best service possible to our members but sometimes something gets on the way
and it is difficult to detect. We are talking also of a change of software and we are looking into this
option in order to make the transition as smooth, quick and painless as
possible. I don’t think that the choice of software was wrong at the
beginning, but I just think that we need to find the best solution in order
to have 100% reliable stats to offer our members with 0 error margin. I am
confident we will get there soon.I will speak to you as soon as I have news and again I apologise abou thte
inconvenience that his might have caused.Regards,
Stefano Brucciani
