you need to negotiate higher commission with them , we get same commission on the first dollar that we do on the last and yes we are over $10,000 a month with them.We get our payments via bank wire and they are paying on time no problem.

is it normal practice for VA to calculate commissions in the way I described in my previous post?
i think normal way you would get 25% on first 10k and 30% on excess .Sorry if i didnt make that clear.So you need to talk to them ,i don’t think you would get any problem asking for 35% which is what they pay us.
I get 25% also when i raise the 10k.

I think if you raise over 10K its perfectly reasonable to negotiate 35% flat
