Who is in charge of answering questions here now that Pierrick has left? I sent a PM to “VegasAffiliates” on the 15th, and I still haven’t received a response. I’m also curious as to who (specifically) is handling my account.
Thanks!

December 21, 2005 at 3:51 pm #679013vladcizsolMemberAn excellent question. IS anyone running the affiliate program at Vegas Affiliates now?
Are we getting paid our November commissions?
Should we continue to promote the casinos or should we pull them until we are assured that the program is still active and still paying affiliates and providing support?
Inquiring minds want to know

December 22, 2005 at 9:40 am #679079AnonymousInactiveare oyu sure that was vegas affiliates? I was paid by Vegas Partner on the 5th.
December 22, 2005 at 1:11 pm #679086vladcizsolMemberBangs that HAD to be Vegas Partner on the 5th, Vegas Affiliates NEVER pays early in the month. Most months we receive payment after the 20th after a lot of nagging and pleading.
December 22, 2005 at 1:59 pm #679087AnonymousInactiveYes, you guys are right, I posted it in the wrong column on the spreadsheet.
December 22, 2005 at 4:22 pm #679099AnonymousInactiveDear members of CAP,
As some of you may be aware, Vegas Affiliates has in the past few weeks undergone a managerial change.
Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Jacques and I am the new Affiliate Executive for Vegas Affiliates.
With regards to November commissions, payments are slightly delayed this month due to operational constraints.
However your payments will be sent to you within the timeframe outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
As a quick reminder, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, Vegas Affiliates commissions are paid between the 15th and the last day of every month.
Those of you awaiting a VA commission payment for November 2005 will within the next few days receive an email notifiying you that your VA commission payment has been sent.
Thank you for your patience and your efforts in promoting our casino partners.
As usual, for any query, please do not hesitate to drop us an email to info@vegasaffiliates.com
On behalf of Vegas Affiliates, I would like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas.
Best regards,
Jacques Nait

welcome aboard! :clapper:
December 22, 2005 at 7:20 pm #679111AnonymousInactiveWelcome Jacques, and Merry Christmas to you too!
December 28, 2005 at 3:10 am #679332AnonymousInactiveHi Jacques,
Congratulations on your new appointment. I hope that we can enjoy a long and fruitfull affiliation.
Having said that, I would like to pose a question:
What is it about the operation of Vegas Affiliates that prevents payments being made in a more timely manner? Is your organization more complicated than say: Referback, Casino Profitshare, or Casino Rewards?
I know what your Terms state – my question is Why?
You see, when other programs pay before the 15th, they are subsidizing all of my promotion costs for the month. That includes promotions to drive players to your casinos. That hardly seems fair, to me anyway. Sure, money is money, whenever you get it, but if a great deal comes along, it’s nice to be able to take advantage of it, knowing what’s in hand. The way it is now, I never know whether payment from you will come in time for discounted advertising, or whether I’ve got to make a tough decision, hoping commission from you will come in time to save my a??
So, as the new guy, I’d appreciate your taking this into consideration, and making an effort to move in a new direction on this issue. It would go a long way toward sending affiliates the message that you appreciate our efforts, and consider our effots of value. Right now, it feels like “you’ll pay us when you get around to it, even if that’s midnight Dec 31”.
Yes, you did say “…in a few days…”, and that was 5 days ago.
