I’ve never pushed them that hard but they are listed on one of my sites. Last month my stats say 25 clicks 5 downloads and 6 signups (zero purchasing) compared to March 2006 stats of 97 clicks 19 downloads and 18 signups (4 real purchasing).
Hmm… I was just checking my stats and I clicked through my affiliate link. I downloaded and installed my most clicked casino from them (grand hotel casino). I checked my stats again and it showed the extra click but not the download. Its making me wonder now. It even looked like a decent casino. I will check into it more and post back.
Grand Hotel I think is their best property. Maybe give it some time to record the download. Remember the good ole days when we could concentrate on promoting instead of all this nonsense?
I know my stats are flawed! I show no downloads. Since they changed to the new links, I haven’t had any downloads at all.
I can’t say bad about this program, I have very good conversions there and commissions. I only had some problems with their new stats, because there are small differences in incomes of the new and old stats.
If you change your old links to the new links all your stats will be tracked in their new website xhttp://www.vegasaffilaites.com, if you don’t change your old links your clicks and downloads will be tracked on their old website http://old.vegasaffiliates.com.Thanks for the info aksana but I havent been with them that long. Only a few days.
I received an email reply from them:
Hi Rob,
Yes there is a glitch in the xml feed to the new website. On this xml are the clicks, downloads etc info.
A developer is working on this right now to have it fixed.You should not worry as the financials are tracked and will appear in the stats once it is fixed.

They are “waiting for the developers to come back to them” What did they quit, go on vacation, what? They couldn’t even say if it will be this month. Also from what I’m seeing in other places on this forum it seems like they are behind in payments anyways. Hmm…
Well I sent them over 1,000 visitors over the past few weeks and have been very patient with them. Month changed over and I still don’t know what my results are with them because I’m still not showing downloads or signups. Every time I send them an email they tell me it will be fixed within a week so I wait a week and they tell me the same thing again. Here is an email I received from them today
Hi Rob,
Sorry for not answering you earlier; I’ve been going through all the delayed payments since I started last week and, let me tell you, was worst that what I expected. We are now catching up with all of them and within next week we’ll be back on track.
Unfortunately I’m not able to provide you with the stats you require because we don’t have them yet. There’s a problem with them and the developers are working on it since last friday.
I’ve been pushing for them to be fixed and I understand your concern about it. Yes, is not acceptable that in an affiliate program that is basing almost everything on the stats and the on time payments the things are going this way but I’m working hard to get everything done as fast as possible and to provide you with the best service.All I can ask you is to hold on for a little while (not more than a week, even if this is still a too long amount of time) untill we get back on track with everything.
I apologize again and I’m sure is not enough anyway.
Hoping that we will be able to keep our collaboration on for long

I removed all of their ads from my website today and pretty much told them to take a hike until they are fixed. If they get their :bullshit: together then I will consider promoting them again. Until then I’m not wasting any more time or money on them. I promoted them for nearly a month and the stats were broken the entire time. Unacceptable

I also agree that to fix stats doesn’t take a lot of time. I told them to fire their programmers, because I see they are :bullshit: if they haven’t could fix stats for 3 weeks
